Terms&Conditions
■ eBayDisposal will act as intermediary and agent on Client's behalf to: a. list the item on eBay (or gumtree); and b. collect money from buyer for transferral to you.
■ Agency fee: 20% of Sale price (inc. postage if included in sale price), deducted prior to transferral of monies to Client.
■ Client to pay all associated fees and charges (e.g. ebay, paypal), deducted prior to transferral to Client.
■ Transferral of Sale Funds will be made after item being sold is in the property of the Buyer, and Buyer is satisfied with item.
■ I have 2 goals, in order of priority: a. To sell the product; b. To sell the product at the highest price.
